High Intensity Leg Workouts

The quadricepses are an incredibly vast and complex muscular area that necessitates a truly dynamic training approach to sufficiently stimulate. The workout presented here trains both the power and endurance component of the fast twitch 2a by combining heavy, compound straight-sets with light, time-compressed giant sets. The workout concludes with a brutal calf session implementing drop-sets for a complete "shock and awe" experience. You now have the blue-print for victory. Squats x2

Barbell lunge *squat in between each lunge

Giant sets:
Leg extension
-Deep squat
- Seated squat
-Leg press

Calves (Drop sets):
Standing calf raise x3
-Board calf raise
-Floor calf raise
